Personal Data Ordinance and Data Protection Act
We take good care of your information!
On 25 May 2018, the EU’s new Personal Data Regulation and Data Protection Act (also called GDPR) was enforced. We at Nordcad have updated our systems and processes so that we and our customers can continue to live up to the law.
We handle data for all our customers to a greater or smaller extent. We have not registered CPR numbers, but for example your employees’ telephone numbers and names are stored. When you as a company let us at Nordcad handle this type of personal information, it is a legal requirement from 25 May 2018 that a data processor agreement has been entered into. The data processor agreement describes, among other things:
- what type of personal data we handle,
- what processing we do,
- what the purpose of the processing is,
- how long we process the data,
- how we live up to the requirements of safe data processing,
- and how we comply to the rights of the registeree.
The data processor agreement is an appendix to our general terms and conditions, and is based on a template prepared by the Danish Data Protection Agency.
